@riny, firstly thanks for your help previously, I am now looking across six lists of part numbers I have put in a table to show where the duplicates occur. I have got somewhat lost & I need a bit of help to format what I have complied to ensure the data is clean & is correctly showing duplicates. I would also like to be able to have a counter on each column showing the total number of items in each list & total column & row counter.
Kind Regards
Lee
The set-up is slightly different from the file we worked on earlier. The attached file contains a simple PQ solution that should work for you.
@riny, thanks thats great. As before I can add more lists to the worksheet & it will display duplicates?

@riny, if I wanted to add item descriptions, suppliers, lead times, min max qty's etc to each list what would be the best solution to do this?
Kind Regards
Lee
@ld107 Then I would revert to my original solution and add lists on top of each other. So, create one long table with all the columns you mentioned and add one for the List number. Select the part number column and use Conditional Formatting to highlight all duplicate values in that column, as explained earlier.
