"I am a small business owner with no IT staff support. When I have a question about an application it takes me an inordinate amount of time to find an answer. Fortunately, because I work in a technical area, it doesn't happen often. However, when I need an answer, I needed an answer fast.

When I posted my question I was not holding my breath for a response as I had done it many times through various sites and either never received a response or didnt receive one until I had already solved my own problem. I registered to MyOnlineTrainingHub to learn a bit of MS Excel 2007 to teach some undergrad civil engineering students. Actually, I knew a bit of Excel for my own work. But, as I had to teach some students about this, I wanted get a fair idea on some special matters.
