What system requirements do I need to watch the training videos?
- Windows: Pentium class processor or better, Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 with at least 256MB of RAM
- Broadband connection
- Screen resolution 1024 x 768
- Speakers or headphones
- Enable Java Script in your browser - FAQ Enable Java Script instructions
- Flash Player v10.1 or higher
Recommended Browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.
Internet Explorer 7 or above will run our videos, but IE is sometimes installed with additional software (add-ons) that alter the behaviour of IE to the point that it won't play videos.
If you're having trouble playing the videos in IE we advise you to try another browser (they're free to download and you can still keep IE), or you can test IE to see if it is an add-on causing the issues by starting IE in safe mode.
To do this, you need to click on your Start Button, then in the Run/Search box type
Iexplore.exe –extoff
IE will start up in safe mode and you can then logon to our website and try to play the video.
If you're still experiencing difficulty please contact us on the Help Desk.
Requested URL Cannot Be Found When You Click a Link To Watch a Video
If you click a link to watch a video and then get this error :
The problem is that your browser is using Yahoo Search as it's default search engine. Yahoo Search is mistakenly blocking the video from loading.
Change your default search engine to Google and try accessing the videos, instructions to do this are here

Login Limit Exceeded
If you receive this message it is because your internet connection's IP address has changed several times. Your IP address is like your phone number, it identifies your internet link, where it is, and how data is sent to and from it. If the IP address changes often it can appear to websites that multiple different people are trying to connect to the site.
Our system tracks the IP addresses used when someone logs in and if the IP address does change too frequently, your account gets locked out. This is an in-built security measure to prevent both someone accessing your account from another location without your knowledge, and to prevent a login being shared by multiple people.
Your internet provider is responsible for assigning your IP address and if they keep changing it then you should contact them and ask for a static IP address.
If you have a requirement for the use of multiple IP addresses, maybe you travel with work a lot, then we can change your account to allow this. Please contact us so we can do this for you.
Stream Not Found
If you get this error it could be caused by :
Trying to reload a video in the same pop-up window
The links to each video are dynamically generated, and they are only valid for a short time. This is a security measure to make sure links to our videos can’t be shared around.
Once a video is watched, the pop-up window must be closed in order to watch the same video again. If you click on replay, then you will get a ‘Stream not found error’.
But if you click on a link to watch a different video this should work ok.
A piece of add-on software in your browser blocking the video
Web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) often have add-on software installed which could be a toolbar, a search engine add-on (that changes your default search engine) or some other piece of software that is supposed to 'help' you do something in your browser.
However they can often alter the browser's behaviour and prevent it from working as it should - including preventing it from loading videos correctly.
If you get this error you can try using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox
If you are using Internet Explorer you can try running it without add-ons. To do this, you need to click on your Start Button, then in the Run/Search box type
Iexplore.exe –extoff
Internet Explorer will start up in safe mode (without add-ons) and you can then login to our website and try to play the video.
