Q. How are the training courses accessed?
A. All training is online. Once you login to your site, you click on a link in the course syllabus and the video is played on your screen. So as long as you have internet access and a device that can connect (a Windows computer, a Macintosh, or a tablet like an iPad or any other Android or Windows based tablet) you can watch the videos.

Q. How long do we get access to the course(s)?
A. If you are not using your own LMS, the courses are available online for 12 months from date of purchase. If you have your own LMS, you own the courses and can use them as much as you like.
Q. Can we mix and match courses for our staff?
A. Yes, we can tailor a complete solution for you. If you have some staff that just need training in Excel, others that need Excel and Outlook, and others that need everything, including our specialist courses like Power BI, Excel Dashboards, Power Query or Power Pivot, we can work out a suitable pricing structure.
Q. What updates are included?
A. Any new training we release for the Word, Excel and Outlook courses during your membership is included in your price. This does not include specialist courses like Excel Dashboards or VBA which are sold separately.
