I work for a high school as a teacher.  My team is working on creating a data collection system for our students.  See attached.  They want to take the data points we collect each month from our 700 students and create a statistical data for our admins (i.e. 60% of students were rated 3-proficient for the month of October in professionalism).  I was just brought into this piece of the process this week so the excel sheet I attached was already created by someone else.  They problem they found is the formulas are not working to analyze the data.  Likely because there is a word attached to the rating.  I would like to revamp the document to something this is quick like they created (just pick a rating) but will also automatically create a stunning dashboard with the statistical data.  How do I do that?
