Hello,

I'm trying to identify servicing providers who are providing service to the came clients more than once.  The rule is that the same servicing providers are not allowed to bill certain codes for the same client more than once. If they do, the amount they billed after the first one must be refunded.

Attached is a sample, but my actual data consists of A2 - BA8611 where
A2=CID
B3 = Client name
:
P2=Servicing provider ID
Q2=Servicing provider

Couple of questions:

1. How can I get from my 'data' to 'filtered'

2.  Once I reached to the expected result, how can I isolate the first occurrence so I can recoup what is billed after the first service?

I'm not familiar with PQ, but familiar with excel formulas and functions.

TIA

Regards,
