Hello all!

Long story short, I am creating a budget but I have having issues with things that isn't monthly.  I want it to be dynamic if for some reason the due date or budget changes.

Please see the attached file.  The formula that I kinda got working is a bit overkill I think and too long to put it on here.  Plus, I know it's wrong so not sure it is worth putting on here.

In the file, I provided the data table, what I got so far, and what I want it to look like.
