how can i update the auto serial no with other data's in formula base.

Hello,
Just restructure your lookup tables and then it's just ordinary VLOOKUP to get what you want. See attached copy of your file.

I placed a formula in column B and use the data in columns M and N
If you are not using excel 265 or 2021 or later it will not work (that's why you should always indicate the Excel version you're using)
