Hi Mynda
I'm wondering why as per my attachment below my Categories and Sub Categories did not get split between Cols C & D as in your Pivot Table at 6:18. I allocated these descriptions to Rows in the same way you did?
Hopefully there's a reason for this somewhere

Your pivot table is in 'Compact Form'. On the 'Design' ribbon, choose the 'Tabular Form' report lay-out as shown below.
