Excel Question
Scenario: If I have a table showing the names of 10 students, each with a unique ID number, in an attendance list. That is 10 rows x 2 columns.
I want to input their id number in an attendance cell,
Then when I press enter I want to see their name and ID.
Question: What formula do I use to action this function?

Perhaps the attached file helps you on your way. I have assumed that you have a modern Excel version and therefore used XLOOKUP. If you have an older version or if I have misunderstood your question, please come back here and attach your own file so that we don't have to second guess.
