I'm trying to make a training matrix, and want to make a pivot table for it can someone help me How to do it. My file is attached if pivot cant be made any suggestions to modify the table is as well appreciateable.

Hi Kauser,
Welcome to our forum! Thanks for sharing your file. The structure of the data is not suitable for PivotTables. It should be in a tabular layout. This video on PivotTables will illustrate the problem you have with your data in that format.
You can use Power Query to unpivot the data.
I hope that points you in the right direction.

Hi Kauser Shakeel,
Does each month has one unique training?
For example, for January ... only one training score for Handwash and PPE?
