Hi David,
You first need to pivot your data, which I've done in the attached file using Power Query - see sheet called Query. Then you can create the PivotTable and add a Calculate Field - see sheet called Pivot based on Query.
Note: your 'Per Oracle values don't have the shipping date information, hence the two rows in the PivotTable. You'd need to fix the source data if you want these rows aligned in the PivotTable.
