I am frustrated with my Budget File in Excel in that when I scroll up, down, left , or right, the rows and/or columns go blank and take time to fill again. This started happening after the last 2 iOS app updates. I contacted Microsoft and even supplied them with a screen recording, but all that they told me was that it probably was a device issue, and to contact Apple.
I have created a new file, since my Budget File has sensitive personal info. The issue is only on my iPad, the test file and my actual Budget file work fine on my MacBook Pro.
My iPad is an Air Gen 4, and I am running 17.0.3. My MacBook Pro is running Ventura 13.6
I will attach both an iOS screen recording, and the Test Excel file. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions. I still feel it is an issue with the Excel iOS app.

Hello,
This issue is similar to what can happen on a computer also.
Go to View and untick to show the grid lines. Does it behave the same when you scroll?
In general, when an app behaves strange:
- restart the tablet and check again
- uninstall the app and install it again
