Hi, I am trying to format a table and show that a number is an estiamte. In the cell format Number I am choosing custom and entering the following type: #,##0.00(E)
It does not like it and I think it has something to do with the fact that I am using E, has anyone else seen this and know a solution? It appears that I can use E at all, I trying (ES) and (Est) and both don't work.
Thanks

This would work:
#,##0.00" Est"

You should be able to use #,##0.00(E) or #,##0.00("E")
