First I want to compliment you on the awesome segments you provide. Very informative. With over 20+ years using Microsoft, I have come into a very unique situation. I work for a Non Profit organization in Canada. We have Microsoft 365 without Dataverse and my CoPilot is not fully licensed. So as you can see, I am limited in functionality. I work in Facilities and we do not have any applications to manage our home inspections or the ability to properly manage a Project Portfolio with a live dashboard. From this presentation, I am considering creating a home assessment data collection so I can present my findings based on the data collected. We do have a Home Assessment in Excel but it does not meet my expectations. I want to capture the data from each of the homes and be able to present the data. For example, from the database, it will show the top concern would be the kitchens based on the status reported. I want to present the data for each home showing only the data collected. For instance, If Home A has only 3 bedrooms only 3 bedrooms will show in the report. If Home B has 4 bedrooms, I want to show the 4 bedroom. I also want to show a picture of the home in the report. Hi,I created your Excel spreadsheet above it, along with two more sheets: one called Dashboard and a report sheet, all with formulas and linked to the other sheets. Updating the report sheet, which contains the formulas, will automatically update the Dashboard. Take a look; it's nice and very functional for your needs. Let me know what you think.
