Hello Mitul,
I don't see what you have trouble with, you have all needed data and you just have to set up the Pivot Table as to your needs. If you need more training in how to work with Pivot Tables I am certain of that the Pivot Table course will be just what you need.

Hello Anders (my friend);
I know how to create Pivot Tables,
In workbook attached , there is Playground Data , I want to create a frequency table like in MS Word file attached below that shows how many of
playgrounds fall in each sub-category of number of days till the next check. There is MS Word document attached below which
I copied and pasted from WISE OWL website and I am having difficulty getting same data as in table in MS Word document.
Pivot Table course link you gave me, it does not explain , how to create frequency table.
Thank you.
Have a great day.

Hi Mitul,
I too am confused at your question when in sheet 5 you have already created a PivotTable with the desired result.
Of course you won't see the same values as the Word document because the source data in the Excel file is obviously different to that used to create the PivotTable in the Word doc. i.e. the maximum days until next check in the Word doc is 180-200, but your Excel file has a maximum days until next check of 40.
It looks like you should go back to WiseOwl as they have given you the wrong supporting data. Not to mention, it's not in a tabular format so it shouldn't be used for a PivotTable anyway...i.e. there shouldn't be separate columns for Swings, Slides and Rockers. These should be unpivoted into one column for 'Playground Item' and one column for 'Number/quantity'.
