Hi Mynda and Philip,
Let me start by saying that your interactive dashboard tutorial was brilliant! Thank you! Using it I have created a small dashboard with 3 slicers. Two of the slicers are not talking perfectly to one another and I cannot figure out why. I cannot share the file, but I can share some screenshots to help illustrate. In the screenshot with the "1" in the top right corner, you can see no selections have been made on the slicers and the "Titles" are working as expected.
In the second screen shot, Region 1 has been selected in the top slicer. The States in slicer 2 have clearly changed but the pivot used to fill the "Title" for states does not react and thus the title does not fill properly. All of the proper connections have been set up, there is only one data file and only one column in that data file called "State"--no connected data tables for sorting (I removed them thinking maybe that was the problem).
In the third picture, you can see that when I select a State, the titles are all working properly.
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong here?
Thank you so much for your time and again--LOVE your tutorials!

Hi Priscilla,

The formula you're using the generate the title must be affected by the filter on the State slicer. It's hard to say without seeing a screenshot of the PivotTable and related formula that's feeding the chart title.

Mynda
