Hello All - HELP!! I am completely new in the Bubble/Scatter chart world, and am having some issues with my bubble chart which shows Weighted initiatives against Implementation Dates. I need to do the following:
1. How do I show the biggest bubble first with the smaller bubbles trailing away from it?
2. How do I add the Initiative Description with bubbles that overlap due to the same or very close date?
3. Just make this dang thing more impactful?
Please see the attachment and look in the Matrix & Bubble Map Tab.
Thanks so much!!

Played around with the chart a bit, but am not sure if it even comes close to what you want.
To put the biggest bubble first, I reversed the order of the X-axis. This initially moved the Y-axis labels to the right. Set the labels to be "on the high side" and they will show at the left again.
Putting the Initiative descriptions in the bubbles and dealing with overlapping bubbles is difficult. You'd have to manually drag each label so that they don't overlap and change the font color. For labels that do not overlap, you need to resize the label object itself to make it fit inside the bubble. But the texts are very long and will cause a lot of clutter. And, if the data changes, you have to all over again.
