Hello,

The problem you have is that your data source for the Pivot Tables only goes to row 285 in the Results worksheet.
PT data source = Results!$A$1:$I$285

Change the data source range if your data goes further down than that.

Br,
Anders

Hi Viviana,

So I checked your file and here are the steps to optimize it: (I will include the file "v2.0" on this post)

1. Eliminate the month slicer.

2. On the dataset on sheet: "Results", you already have a table, now give a coherent, short and clear name, I put "mydata". (you can change this if you want).

3. On sheet "Sheet6" where you have your 3 pivot tables, change the sources of the pivot tables, which I did to "mydata" from Results!$A$1:$I$285

4. Warning, when you change the source of pivot tables, their setup or structure (fields on row and columns) might change, so you might have to "re-build"  or re-accommodate them.

5. Now you put again the slicer from any of the pivot tables and then connect the slicer to control the other 2 pivot tables on Sheet6.

Recommendations:

1. Give clear and short names to your sheets, pivot tables and excel tables, this is recommend practice among consultants.

2. Learn about color and visual perception so you dashboard can have an accessible, useful and aesthetic design.
