Mynda, hello, we have been communicating via email. I have tried everything I can think of to include a vertical indicator bar to show today's date. As you can see from the attached sample spreadsheet I am using inrow formula's and conditional formatting. The goal is to make the chart as simple to use as possible.

You will see that a "Vert Line" value has been added with either #N/A or zero with that latter being used to show the current date.

There are a few tricks to highlighting a whole column/row or rang of cells based on the outcome of one formula and they are explained in the post above.
