I'm going to preface this by saying I could be wrong and may be corrected, I'm ok with that.
When approaching a problem like this I think, if I were to approach this manually how would I do this? If I were to approach it manually I would find the actual numbers to plot because where would I plot the line for < or >? I don't think it's possible, I think you need a more precise number to plot it in a graph. If I'm wrong I'd love to know the answer because I'm always fascinated by what Excel can do.
