I have a workbook with data entry sheets and reports. It also includes a bunch of pivots, regular tables, named ranges, formulas, and macros.

The users should be able to manage the data entry, but I want to be able to update the code and provide new reports in the future.

Is it possible to split the "database" sheets into a separate workbook than the reports and macros?

Thanks

Yes, it should be. (can't really say more on the information given)
