Upgraded to 2016 from 97/2003. I have macros in the old format.
When saving as .xlsm, I receive this message:
"This workbook contains one or more of the following features that are not supported by the selected file format: *Excel 5.0/95 Menu Editor Customization."

How can I save these files, maintain the macros and updated to my current version of Excel?

The workbook is being used to consolidate (summary) information from 4 other workbooks into 1.

Hi Kenn,

I see you've cross posted this on Mr Excel and are receiving help there so I will leave you to that.

Please don't cross post to other forums without letting the forum members know.  It saves us all doing the same work.

Regards

Phil

Hi Philip,

Yes I posted it on Mr. Excel as well, but I need to re-write the VBAs, which was the intention of this post.

A new to rewrite the VBAs was also a recommendation.
