Morning,

In a Power Pivot file, I have set-up a dynamic date table.  The fact tables are populated through 2/25.

I'd like to display my budget with my month to date results.  The budget table is set up for one record for 2/28/2021.  With the dynamic date table populated through 2/25 the 2/28 budget does not display.

How can I display the 2/28 budget with 2/25 data - along with the budget for the rest of the calendar year?  See attached PT Chart results.

Do I need a separate table of dates?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Carolyn,

Yes, you need a separate date table and you use the dates from the date table in your chart.

Thank you, Mynda.  That's what I thought.

Enjoy your day.
