Is it possible to attach cells that contain data to another row based on the null value. For a project I need to export data and extract certain data which is placed below, where the actual unique identifier is placed (ID) in groups.
For the project it is crucial not to use any VBA, so I tried to think of a solution with Power Query.
But I got stuck on this problem. I just started out with Power Query so maybe there's already a article present for this exact problem. In spite of that I were not able to find a similar case (maybe I used the wrong terminology).
I hope you guys know a solution for this:

Yes, that's easy to fix but there's a few steps. Best if you can upload that sample Excel file and we can put the solution in the file for you.
Perhaps the mock-up based on your example helps you on your way in your real file. If not, please do as Mynda suggested.
