Depending on what version of Excel you are running (I am running 365) there is an option on the Data Tab under Get and Transform Data to paste a picture into Excel. Excel will try to convert the picture to an excel sheet. I am not sure if this is available in earlier versions. It often requires some editing. Because I don't have Hebrew linked to my keyboard, I was able to bring it into excel but with many, many corrections required because my version of Excel did not recognize the Hebrew. Good Luck with this.
