Hi
I have multi level BOM with 2 sheets in excel. I want to expand and try to see all the components within one table as per the sample. I'm wondering if the power query will be able to do that for me?

With a 2-level BOM it's relatively easy. With your set-up it takes a merge, a few consecutive steps of combining columns and cleaning up. Quite easy to follow. If your real situation has more levels it becomes more complicated.
In the attached file I've added a PQ solution for you to consider.
