Can you help me connect and webscrape/extract data from US Securities Commission Edgar system.

I am just starting to attempt to connect and webscrape from various websites including the SEC, and find the process confusing and not sure what and how to use API.

For example I want to pull or extract the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cashflows via Power Query
