Hi Team,

I just have to calculate reduction in funding. I think I can try that in power query.

I have attached my excel sheet and I would like to calculate List.Count and sumif first in the model.

Can you please let me know the formula for List.Count and sumif with different criteria on different column.

Hi Aye,

You will have to use the Group By function from Transform tab. Group By has 2 sections: Group By, where you can select 1 or more columns: 'Facility' , 'Month' and 'Cat' for example, and the Aggregation section, where you can choose the aggregation function: sum, count, and the column where the aggregation applies.
