In column H till L we have 5 different tags (Tag 1.2.3.4.and 5) . But often the tag value is the wrong column.
Everything in column H ( tag 1 ) is correct, but column I ( tag 2 ) should only have the values: "Video" and "Network". Any other value should move to tag 3, 4 or 5 depending on there value.
See row 90 for a challenging example: we have the row in this order:
| support | supportexisting | Network | USGov |
But it should be in this order:
| support | Network | USGov | supportexisting |
Which queries could I use to clean the files up and get the tags in the right order. And reuse on a monthly basis.

sorry I thought a attached it. 2nd try and I included which value should go with which tag/column in the "tag values" tab.
A "raw file" tab and a "Sorted file" tab as example is also included.

Please see file attached. Note: Networks was in two groups and the source data had USGov which wasn't in the tag list so I changed it to 'Government'.
