Hi Team,
I would like to do a model in power query where I can monitor funding adjustment and downgrades.
I did summarised my model into 4 scenarios as attached.
I hope there is possibility to do required changes in power query. Please let me know the steps to do that.
I will be happy if I can get the same result regardless of my scenarios.

Hi Aye,
The descriptions from your file are very confusing, hard to see a logical pattern. Please take your time to clarify the logic, I tried to follow your instructions but there are contradictions and errors in descriptions.
