I have a Quality Refund Excel worksheet. Not every customer will get a refund, so I will have a good few blank rows. Not sure if this is what is causing my sort issue. My summary tab is not sorting by 'Code' column and any time I refresh the month columns reduce in size. I also had to sort the months manually, not sure if there is a solution for this.
Thanks Eileen

Hi Eileen,
Your data is in the wrong format for a PivotTable. You shouldn't have a separate column for each month. You should have a column that contains the month names and then a column containing the values so that it's in the correct tabular format.
You can use Power Query to unpivot your data into the correct layout, then your PivotTable will sort as desired.
See file attached - Tabular Data sheet. If you'd like to get up to speed with PivotTables, please consider my PivotTable Quick Start course.
