I have Excel Professional Plus 64 - 2016. I am using PowerQuery / PowerPivot, and combining many files from folder. Rows exceed 60 million rows.
No problems here.
However, I want to ensure that my Excel is performing at its best. Can you please tell me what are the options I should select on the Options of Excel?
be it on Advanced options or any other tab.

You shouldn't need to apply any special settings, however depending on your data source you may want to turn on 'Fast Data Load' in the Query Options: Power Query editor > File tab L Query Options > Global: Data Load. And turn off Background data under Current Workbook: Data Load. More on how this works and the best data sources for this here.
