Just started the course and learning a lot. Has anybody got any ideas about linking report and Dashboard from Salesforce to external report. Not sure which ones I would use at the moment. But Pivot tables, or Power BI.
Any ideas thought would be welcomes - I liked the idea that if it changed in Salesforce or and exported spread sheet is updated then the Pivot table or Power BI is updated also.
Also if anybody is working with Salesforce and wants to discuss ideas please let me know Thanks Darron

You can use the Power Query Salesforce Objects connector to connect directly to your database from Power Query in Excel or Power BI.
