Is there any way if i can increase the font size of the drop-down list? by default is too tiny to read see below screen shot.

It looks like you've increased the font size in the Slicer values, probably because your canvas size is larger than the default making the slicer appear small, but this font size doesn't flow through to the drop-down list.
It doesn't appear as though there's a way to also increase the font size in the drop down itself.
When the Slicer font size is set to the default of 12pt, the font size in the drop down is in line and looks ok (see screenshot attached).
If you view your canvas at 100%, I imagine the Slicer looks huge. I wonder if you can resize your canvas so that you can reduce the font size in the slicer and allow you to view the canvas at 100%.
