Hi,
Following through the course, I was creating the Airbnb report. When I tried to create the map visual I got the message "Map and filled map visuals are not enabled for your org. Contact your tenant admin (?) to fix this. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I'm guessing I'm not the only one to have this issue.

In light of the above error and following all the information I found (not much), I am thinking of using the Power BI Desktop instead of the web version. Is this OK. I mean will this cause any problem for me progressing through the course?
I don't care which environment I use, I just wanted to ensure that this approach will work for the course.
Two further issues:
1) In the intro video mentioned you course workbooks. Where are these workbooks? I can't find them anywhere.
2) occasionally, in the web version some of the videos freeze and I have to exit and come back the web version. I know this is not a computer issue, I have a brand new high end laptop with i7 processor, 32Gb RAM, 1 TB SDD. So capacity is definitely not an issue.

I have resolved this, at least temporarily by using Power BI Desktop. However, I would prefer to use the Power BI Service.
Also, I can't locate the workbooks. Please let me know where they are.

I've replied to your emails regarding the workbooks and Power BI Service maps, but for others with similar issues, here is my reply:
To enable maps,
1. click on the cog icon in the Power BI service > Admin Portal
2. Tenant settings > Map and filled map visuals > enable this option.
If you can't access the Admin Portal, you will need to reach out to your IT people as they will have restricted your access.
The Workbooks for the course are available to download in a zip file from the top of the course syllabus page.
The course videos are delivered over a secure connection that will time out after inactivity. The link used to load the video is unique to prevent it being shared. To access the video to watch again, simply load the video lesson again from the syllabus.
If you don't think this is the issue, please reach out via email for further troubleshooting.

Thank you, that clarifies a lot of things. I have the free/trial license for Power BI Service. So who do I reach out to to enable Map and filled map visuals? I thought that for this license it would be enabled by default.
