I want to make parameter for local and service data sources.

Locally i can use sharepoint so if my developers are working on report, they can change parameter to local and use it. While pushing it they changed parameter to "service" in order use the same data but on AzureBlobStorage.

But issue is with refreshing data. It will be not possible if customer wants to refresh report because local data sources are used in power bi service also. It will through error to configure gateway properly.

What to do then?

How to publish refreshable report but use both data sources for local and cloud connections?
