Hi,

I have a table which I need to show the percentages of a report per country using a slicer. If the specific country doesnt have a percentage, it should appear as N/A or not applicable. The data is currently in excel which is connected in Power BI. How can I show both the text and percentages in PBI? as I know in PBI we can only have one format per column. Leaving the N/A is the only option that I have right now.

Thanks for your assistance.

Hi Emmanuelle,

Go to PivotTable Options > Layout & Format tab > For empty cells show: N/A

Hi Mynda,

Thanks but what I meant is inside Power BI. If in the excel the column has a text, it will result to an error when refreshing it to Power Bi because the format of this column that I set in Power BI is in percentage. However,, if I put the cell as blank in excel it will push through to Power BI.
