Hi all,
I am working with an Excel data file that has over 1600 lines of data.
I am wanting to pull information on the Merchants/ Vendors

There are approximately 160+ Vendors Merchants.

What I need to pull is the Individual Merchant Names and the Number of Violations each merchant has
and I need it in a tabular format so I can add up the total vendors as well as total violations and average Violations/ vendor.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to do this either from the Excel File itself or the Pivot table, but just can't remember
what type of process is needed.

I have attached a copy of the document for your review. (FYI the DB in file name stands for Dash Board)

Thanks All ,
IKE

I added a pivot table to your file (the green tab at the far end), believing that it does what you ask for. If not, please come back and clarify your needs.

HI Riny,
Thank you for that assistance.

The only issue is I need to be able to print the information on 1 Sheet of paper (11 X 17) to
Display it on our status wall.

That's why I was thinking about a Dash Board.

Thanks,
IKE

The issue is that I can't use Data from a PIVOT Table because the Dashboard gives me the Error in the Attached Image.

Thanks for the help.

So I was able to find a work around.
I used the Pivot table and created formulas below it using the data above so that I could
Map them to the Dashboard without errors.

This made me able to show the data I wanted the way I needed it.
See the attached imageDashboard_Screenshot.JPG

Thanks again Riny for the help with the Pivot Table.

Regards,
IKE
