Hi

I am trying to generate a matrix illustrating the results of a stakeholder analysis for a charity I am starting.

The analysis assigns each stakeholder 2 values: Power and Attitude, each on a scale of 1 to 4.

Several stakeholders can make the same "score".

I would like the matrix to display the stakeholders (or an assigned ID) in the relevant box.

I have struggled with XLOOKUP, MATCH and INDEX but my Excel skills are in their infancy.

I have also tried using a scattergraph approach but multible labels get buried behind each other.

The workbook attached contains the data table, the suggested matrix layout and  a description of the problem

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated and thankyou Mynda for a great Channel
