Hi Charles,
There are a few ways to tackle this and depending on which version of Excel you have, there are also some functions that you can use.
365 users have the TEXTSPLIT function
There's also a way to split text with Power Query or you can use Text to Columns
The best solution depends on whether this is a one-off task, or something you need to do regularly, and what version of Excel you have.
I recommend you share a sample file that covers all permutations and answer the questions above so we can help you further.
