Dear Team,

I need your help to simplify the data from the downloaded data from System Auto run report.

the system downloaded data will not have proper data and it contains unnecessary column/ space / fields and it is not aligned correctly in readable format.

System data show the Error details as below for each order number if not successfully posted. if all posted no error message will come and not require to collect the data.

We required this information to tracking purpose as this daily activity. It contain below information when extracted from the system.

1) it contains the ORD number (8 digit Numeric number  "Example: ORD 60000363") in first line which indicate this Order number got error.

2) Error message details for the above ORD number (System must show below line of the Order number)

So we require to realign this format as first column should show Order number and next column for its details of errors, so it will be help us to track it

PS: It will show the total error count each day run, based on this will go and check if Total number varied  will start report manually coping order no and paste in another column and again next to this will copy error message detail for this Order number which is taking too much when the Error increased.

I have been attaching the System downloaded data (Error start from Row No 22 and column E) and i have been created next tab "Expected Data Lookin" which is least expected output looking from system downloaded data. it would help us if you add more information apart from this.

Please do the needful.

Hello Prasad,

I am happy to try to help, but that requires you to try on your own to solve the issues and need help to get pass the obstacle that is stopping you.
I do advice you to use Power Query as tool to clean up your data. If you need more training on how to use Power Query I can highly recommend taking the Power Query course.

With that said, please take a look at attached file and see if this is what you want to get.

Br,
Anders
