I had a co-worker come to me with a question that I can't answer!
She has several workbooks that have several sheets that need to be printed. When she goes to print the workbook she changes the selection to the entire workbook but still needs to go into each sheet and change the feed tray, is there a way to do this all with one setting? I've googled but the closest I've come is changing the print settings while grouping the sheets, that works for excel print settings but not for printer settings.

Printer settings like that are managed by the printer software, not Excel. I'd try a different printer, or have IT look at the printer as it shouldn't need to ask which feed tray for every sheet.
