Hi People,

I have a weekly report to run where I need to count the number of people in a target audience who have completed a learning module. The target audience is based on more than 130 job titles but there are people who have completed the module who are not part of the target audience, so I have created pivot tables based on manually creating a Job Title filter for each pivot table to just report on the respective Job Titles.

I am hoping to that there is a way to base the filter on a list of the job titles.

Am I dreaming of a unicorn?

TIA

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

I'd do this with Power Query. You can 'merge tables' and match people in your source data to the 130 job titles list and filter by date. See this tutorial on comparing lists with Power Query.

Hope that points you in the right direction.
