I have seen that there is a pivot wizard function with Windows is that function available in Mac 365?
The other issue/s is with being able to pick up sub totals in a pivot table and linking to another worksheet which is based on a date and ID? I have not been able to find an online tutorial on that specific topic.
The data is to be displayed in W/sheet Dashboard_team_Player and is sourced from w/sheet Fact_piv_player.

Hi Andrew,
You told me which sheets, but I don't know what data you wanted to return and in which cells on the Dashboard sheet. That said, the best way to extract data from PivotTables is using the GETPIVOTDATA function. This way can plug in variables linked to cell references, so it can update based on the criteria you give it.
It looks like you're using regular PivotTables, so you can follow the instructions for GETPIVOTDATA here. If you're using Power Pivot, then the references to the PivotTables are slighly different and you should use this GETPIVOTDATA for Power Pivot tutorial.

Hi Mynda
Thanks for the reply. I have been able to get a basic division however, the issue I have is matching the date selection in DashBoard_team_player (K30) and being able to divide the w/sheet fact_piv_player sum of minutes played (c4)/count of fixture date (b4).
I presume you would use match on date?
cheers
Andrew
