When I change the amounts - say Salary from 4000 to 3000 the little Green Triangle with YELLOW Warning Box shows up for each.
Can hit the IGNORE the Error, but I am afraid I am messing up something else.
This shows up on every change I make on this sheet in the Jan - Dec Columns.

The screenshot didn't come through. Save it to your computer first, then upload it as an attachment and press 'start upload', wait until it's finished. Then submit your reply. But even better to upload the file you are working with (similar process).
Tried to replicate the error, but didn't succeed. What does the 'error' message say?

In the blog post Personal Budget in Excel there is this note at the end of step 2.
Note: in earlier versions of Excel you cannot use the table's structured references in the 'Refers to' field. Instead see this post on Excel Tables as a Source for Data Validation Lists for a solution.
So, what version of Excel do you have?
