Hello Every one !

i need to update Recd (f5)data size wise from arrival sheet based on PO details ("C" column), if f5 data arrived completely go to next f8 cell.

if we received excess qty from order qty we have to updated in last F11

Are you looking for something like the attached file? I used SUMPRODUCT as it can handle arrays.

I found error once i update in Received data 92 in 6 size (D4),  automatically updating f8 & f11 4 pairs in ordered data sheet.

see the highlighted in green.

Try this. I changed the formula in f8 to use MAX instead. The formula was getting long and since you only have 1 PO number in your example I just used the total in D12 of the Received Total tab, but I would suggest using a helper cell somewhere totaling by PO number and by sizes to aid in future formula audits. I did the sumproduct formula I used originally if you need it. Hopefully that works for your needs. 🙂
