Hi Fahad,
The first qs requires you to work out the average score for undergraduates and then look that value up. To work out the average score for undergrads you can use AVERAGEIFS
Then use VLOOKUP to lookup the value using an approximate match.
The 2nd qs just needs you to do exactly as it says. Enter a formula into D2 then copy it down to D10. However I think as it's written in your workbook it is not correct. I think the range I3:J13 needs to be absolute references i.e. $I$3:$J$13.
