I need to show the highest values per folder in a table with Conditional formatting:
In the example I have set the conditional formatting manually per folder-group but would need to be able to apply one formula for the whole range.
Do you have a suggestion how I could isolate the range per folder to find the highest value(s) per folder?
The example workbook is attached.

Hello,
No file attached, but test if following conditional formula works. I assume you have Excel 2019 or newer.
=MAXIFS($D:$D,$A:$A,$A2)=$D2

With a slight tweak, it worked.
=MAXIFS($D:$D,$A:$A,$A2)=C2
