                    Good Morning;

                  In 1 workbook attached , on ExcelFunctions.net DATA worksheet  I copied cells D34:F36  to Rearranged Data worksheet , but it is across 3
                  columns  - D127 : F129 , is there way to copy numbers from ExcelFunctions.net DATA worksheet to Rearranged Data worksheet downwards
                  meaning D127 : D135.  Tried Fill - Down in Editing Group on Home Tab, it does not work.

                      Thank you very much.

                    Have a great day.

Hello Mitul,

I have not checked your file, but to me it seems that you want to transpose the data. Have you checked this blog article by Mynda?

Br,
Anders

        Hello Anders;

                  I read Mynda's blog article of Transpose function . I  tried by clicking on Paste Special, Values, Transpose. It still entered numbers across
                 instead of downwards.

                    In workbook attached below,  in Rearranged DATA worksheet , need  numbers  from cells D149 : D158   & from  feb/16 -  Dec/18 numbers
                     from ExcelFunctions.net  DATA   worksheet  starting from Cell D159

                    Also, on Rearranged Pivot worksheet in Cell E27 I was able to change from Maj/15  to May/15 by clicking on Numbers Group - More
                    number Format  - Custom - mmm/yy , but in cell E30 , it doesn't change.  Can you Please advise me , what should be done ?

                         Thank you very much.

                         Have a great day.

              Sincerely;

                 Mitul.

Hello Mitul,

I have rearranged all your data in a separate sheet. I have cleaned up the document.
The reason why you see two dec -18 is because in your source data you have two different dates for December 2018, those are 2018-12-16 and 2018-12-17.

To get rid of that there are different solutions, the simplest one is to split the dates into showing years and months in the PivotTable, you do so by right clicking any date and choose Group, select that you want to group by Month and Year and click OK.

Br,
Anders

                 Hello Anders

                      This is Mitul.

                     Good Morning

                        Thank you for reply.

                    I  have  attached same workbook again, on Pivot worksheet,  I am practicing INDEX-MATCH-MAX nested formula,  so far getting correct
                     result.

                    but, is there any way to get numbers for rest of months in  1 shot or quickly ?Smile

                    Thank you very much.

                     Regards;

                     Mitul.
